We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the Hair + Me Products, or any information or advice given to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such representations or warranties.
We are only liable to you for losses which you suffer as a direct result of our breach of these Terms and which are reasonably foreseeable. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, our liability to you for any claim arising from the subject matter of these Terms and the use of any Hair + Me Products shall be limited to the amounts paid to us by you in relation to the Hair + Me Products in question.
